We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and then returning your original item in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in clean, unused condition (free from hay, dirt, and hair)
• Return requests must be submitted within the required timeframe
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
